      Pros

      Everybody at code design really cared about eachother and we were encouraged to take time to play ping pong/socialise with colleagues, think of new ideas and create relationships.

      Cons

      The only con is that you have to wear many hats as Codedesign is a start up. This is a pro and a con as you learn a lot while working for Codedesign
