Low salries for foreigners in exchange of visa - Consultant Codec Employee Review

Thank you for the review. We are proud to say that we have team members from many different backgrounds and of many different nationalities. Additionally, we hire people directly from countries abroad, and pay for work permits, visas, relocation costs and initial housing. To say that we provide less salary in exchange for these items, is factually incorrect. We abide by all necessary employment equality legislation, and provide opportunities to all. Salaries are selected based on market rates, relevant education, and relevant experience. In relation to your comment on benefits, we provide a generous pension, health insurance, life insurance, long term disability, bonus, and an active company sponsored Sports and Social club. In 2021, clearly defined career paths were introduced in Codec and are running successfully. Team members are allocated a career level upon joining, and can work with their line manager to reach their targets in order to get promoted to the next level. Promotions take place in August.
