Immature leader who takes decisions based on his ego and not based on the situation. He's extremely demotivating. Very bad clients. No process being followed. If at all you're a hired as a QA then it is only because you're wanted by a client and no by the company. For any QA, don't join here. After the contract gets over with the client you'll be starving for work. No goal for the company. No testing involved. Poor leadership skills. The CEO does whatever his mentor tells him to do. No creativity involved from his side.
