Pros
- Must join if fresher.
- Its gonna be rigorous, but you will learn through-out the journey.
- Through-out enthusiastic as well.
- Mentors are extremely helpful, no complains.
- Hard-working team.
- Even if you don't know many things (technical), just trust them, ask, learn and implement, believe me you are not gonna be disappointed.
- They really know what they are doing.
- Decent work-culture
- Flexible hours (at least in work-from-home)
Cons
- Each of the following cons are bearable in front of above pros
- Little hectic at times (very rarely , but you should know, so pointing it out)
- Less Stipend as compared to amount of work (but read the pros)
- No weekends off (at least in work-from-home. can't comment about real office culture in this thing)
