Pros

Great product and the company is growing rapidly. The team is great, work is mostly fun if you ignore the long days. Pay is decent.

Cons

The management in the US office does not care for the Indian team. Even when I was at the headquarters to visit the vibes felt off. There are huge communication gaps more often than you would expect. The management is super rude at times, expect to be woken up to angry texts at 3 am basically stating you’re worth nothing lol. Also there are weirdly ONLY MEN in the office. Just 2 female employees in all of india team which feels a bit off ethically. (Not sure if not hiring women is intentional or not)

Pros

Being in the forefront of AI Where doing your job counts Plenty of room for growth Amazing people

Cons

So far I have not seen many cons. We all do accept the fact that we are in a start up and the work will be more than an older company. That's what I signed up for.

Pros

There’s a strong concentration of genuinely smart, thoughtful people here who care about solving a problem that actually matters. The work is meaningful, customer impact is very real, and there’s a strong sense of ownership across teams. Leadership is accessible, collaboration is encouraged, and Customer Success is treated as a strategic partner rather than a support function. You get a lot of exposure, autonomy, and opportunities to grow alongside the company.

Cons

Like many fast-growing companies, a lot is being built as we go. Processes, tooling, and structure are still evolving, which can be challenging at times. That said, these challenges are well recognized, openly discussed, and actively being addressed. The company is investing just as much in improving internal foundations as it is in helping customers succeed.
