Pros
It’s possible to meet some interesting young people who are passionate about technology and the military. There can be opportunities to meet subject matter expects with immense knowledge.
Cons
Being a company focused around aspects of the military, CM struggles to move away from older militaristic concepts of leadership and thoughts around diversity and inclusion. The same goes for adapting and adopting new mindsets and having all levels contribute to implementation and execution. There was often screaming and cursing coming from leadership and minimal opportunities for growth.
