Pros

I have been working with the Codecave software development company and I can say that they always deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. It has not yet developed into a large company, but they have the cohesion and enthusiasm of young startups, which gathers around them talented promising guys who, in a friendly environment, quickly become technically savvy and versatile. They are also very responsive and communicative, always eager to explore new challenges and opportunities, and to apply their knowledge and creativity to solve real-world problems. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy software development company.

Cons

To small to take on big projects. Not well promoted and known in the market.

Pros

Working at Codecave has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me. The atmosphere is vibrant and friendly, fostering a sense of camaraderie among colleagues that makes every day enjoyable. I appreciate the emphasis on self-development; the company encourages us to pursue new skills and knowledge, which has significantly boosted my professional growth. The lighthearted humor and jokes shared among team members create a relaxed environment, making it easy to collaborate and innovate. Additionally, being surrounded by young, dynamic colleagues brings fresh perspectives and energy to our projects, making work feel both exciting and engaging. Overall, Codecave is a fantastic place to grow both personally and professionally.

Pros

1) A good team consisting of competent and friendly people. 2) A great opportunity for professional growth. Tasks are provided in various fields of development. It is possible to learn new technologies and use them on real issues. 3) Flexible work schedule and opportunity (if necessary) to work from home. Moreover, the home can be located even in another country. 4) Great office with pleasant trifles: coffee, sweets, sofa, etc.

Cons

There were problems with the organization of the work process due to the fact that almost everything is tied to the leader. This sometimes led to poor planning and the problem in performing the tasks.

Thanks! You are not the only one who has highlighted the problem with delegation and CEO being a single point of failure. We are all collectively working hard on this problem and the situation is getting better month by month (especially with few recent hires).
