Easy to join, you can start at any moment. The only thing required is pure skill and a little English. Good community that helps a lot and the moderators are fast to answer.
Cons
It can be challenging and sometimes frustrating because you don't know who will review findings (by design) and the criteria of different judges is unpredictable.
