I consistently faced public humiliation from my managers during scrum calls. These managers would constantly change expectations, making it impossible to achieve anything. Additionally, certain colleagues are deliberately excluded from meetings or Slack channels, serving as a means to humiliate and subtly bully them. Unfortunately, the HR department appears unresponsive and unhelpful, with any complaints possibly resulting in a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and a gradual exit from the company. The notion of a 'Permanent job' is misleading, as the stability it implies is, in reality, quite temporary.
