      My experience at CodeVyasa as a Program Lead has been quite fulfilling so far. The role has allowed me to work closely with cross-functional teams, strengthen both my strategic and execution capabilities. There’s a good balance between ownership and support, which makes it easier to navigate challenges and keep things moving. the company promotes open and positive culture where ideas are heard and there is mutual respect across teams. people helps in adapting in quickly and work efficiently. Contributing meaningfully in my role.

      Pros

      Honestly one of the best things is the ownership you get from day 1. You're not just shadowing seniors for months, they actually put you on real work and trust you to figure it out. Also there's basically no hierarchy here, if you have an issue or even just an idea you can directly walk up to the founders and talk to them.

      Cons

      I think processes are still being built out so things can feel a bit unstructured at times, that's it!

      Pros

      One thing I really like here is the people. Most of the team is young and easy to get along with, so the work environment never feels heavy. You get a lot of freedom to try things out, nobody is constantly checking on you or asking for updates every hour. The projects are also pretty varied, I have worked on a few different clients and each one taught me something new. Onboarding was smooth too

      The coffee machine is not good :)
