Pros

There’s nothing positive to say.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing good I can say about this company. It is very, very bad. I made a big mistake in my career by joining this company. Instead of joining it, you should wait and look for other opportunities. I am saying this because the company has no good clients. Initially, they tell you that the company has good projects and good clients, but they fire you immediately. They hired me for a full-time role and initially told me they had a long-term project. They promised that once the project finished, they would move me to another project, but they did not have any and fired me immediately. The same thing happened to me. The company initially told me they had a long-term project, but after I joined, I found out the project was only for two months. Once the project ended, they did not assign me to another project and fired me within two months. Note: If you think this happened because of bad feedback from the client, I want to clarify that there was no negative feedback from the client side.

Pros

Honestly one of the best things is the ownership you get from day 1. You're not just shadowing seniors for months, they actually put you on real work and trust you to figure it out. Also there's basically no hierarchy here, if you have an issue or even just an idea you can directly walk up to the founders and talk to them.

Cons

I think processes are still being built out so things can feel a bit unstructured at times, that's it!

Pros

Working here as a backend engineer has been pretty good. You get to work on actual problems, not just simple APIs and CRUD stuff. I have built things across different domains so the learning is real. Seniors are helpful when you get stuck and nobody acts like they know everything. Founders are also easy to reach out to if you have any issue. Decent place to start or grow your backend skills.

Cons

Documentation is also weak in some projects so you spend time figuring out what the previous person did.
