      Pros

      Free gym, onsite cafe full of cheap junk foods.

      Cons

      Workplace bullying, employees were forced to leave 5* review at Indeed, managers have not a clue, the place is worse than Victorian work house, constantly monitoring, accessing, warnings, timing, expecting to do a lot and instruction change in a second. Most people leave with a year or two.

We pride ourselves on caring for our team members and provide as many perks as we can such as free fruit, snacks and drinks, subsidised cafe, monthly staff massages, free gym, free food Fridays, free parking, your birthday off work, Christmas Parties and amazing team building events such as London Secret Cinema and Wine Tasting. We also pay any overtime for all staff members. If you wish to discuss further please do email welfare@codestudents.co.uk and we would welcome a discussion so we can improve wherever possible.

      Pros

      Right from the very start I was made to feel welcome by every member of the team. The training and processes of passing that training were as a result of the great colleagues I’ve now made

      None, I turned down two other job others prior to be accepted by code my taster session let me know how much I would enjoy working with code

      Pros

      Really great place to work with a friendly team and a clean, comfortable environment. Training is great, and there's always opportunities to progress and grow within the company. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to work.
