Everything's Great! Except the leadership. - Center Director Code Ninjas Employee Review

Due to each center being independently owned and operated (a franchise), every person's experience will vary greatly. Mine has been one with an inflexible and unreasonable boss who expects 44hrs per week, for below average salary pay. There is no training provided unless you seek it out yourself. Expectations are not given, yet are expected to be exceeded. I do not recommend this location.
