Pros
Workload is challenging, but in a good way. It stimulates critical thinking and as a result, career growth. The business itself (the one assigned to me) is rooted in an advocacy to help clients get the benefits they deserve, so at the end of the day, the work I finish is twice as fulfilling compared to the normal grind that most companies engage in.
Cons
Employee retention and appraisal process are still being established, so patience and an extra level of participation and contribution to team and company success is required if someone aims for promotion.
