      The mission was incredible, the work-life balance, commute perks, work from home budget, and overall work culture was amazing.

      Pros

      Was a great place. There was a lot of space for feedback and work towards becoming an anti-racist org.

      Cons

      There was a change in management, which was not managed very well. From my position, it seems like the change management was so poorly executed that it did lead to the closure. Very devastating.
