      Pros

      The most lovely management that makes you feel cared for and supported. Doing this job is very enjoyable and rewarding! The children that join the camps are really nice.

      Cons

      If you don’t have a car you may have fewer options on work locations, but lifts are organised.

      If you are a student the schedule works really well alongside study. Since you are a contractor you can decline as necessary

      pay is very timely, CEO is extremely helpful and accomodating.

      not a lot of growth since it's very small scale right now, but def has the potential to grow
