Pros
- teaching here is very fun
- the team has been very understanding/flexible with my availability
- there are plenty of experienced teachers to help you get started.
- There is always someone to answer a question you may have
- your good work is acknowledged
Cons
- Each teacher has to learn the curriculum for every course offered and be prepared to teach from any course at any time. This makes training a slower, harder process. However, you are given plenty of time to review the courses, and the job is smooth sailing once you master them.
