      - freedom to work.

      Cons

      - rather fast pace teaching - not sure if students are able to catch up due to the fast pace teaching required in order to cover the curriculum planned for them.

      Pros

      Did not stay long enough to comment much, but overall sensing that the team members are friendly and willing to help one another. Team members also communicate well with one another and willing to hear each other out.

      Wasn't very involved to comment much.
