      Pros

      Working at CFG is great! Despite my job being remote, I still feel fully included and part of the CFG team. Everybody who works at CFG are so incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive. The management team are always open to feedback from employees and constantly then acting on it to improve the company, it's perks, and how it can help you develop your career. I also love what CFG stands for and the difference it is making to so many people, especially women!

      Cons

      Being remote, it took time for me to adjust to having so many virtual calls than in office meetings. However, having regular company team days really helps to develop our working relationships/ friendships.

      Pros

      CFG has one of the most talented and inspiring teams that I've ever worked with. Leaders bring a lot of energy and have been refreshingly open-minded, giving a lot of support to try new approaches.

      Cons

      There has been a huge amount of growth which results in expected teething issues, and some turnover, but overall great place to work and making a lot of progress toward the mission.

      There are some growing pains around sales and course delivery.
