- Excellent projects - Good technical exposure - Strong technical management - Fair technical opportunities despite the location

- No Great Place to Work certification - Office policies vary by location and individual - Toxic HR and operations - Micromanagement is encouraged - Privacy and confidentiality are not maintained - No roadmap for improving workplace culture
