      Well funded. Good location for long-distance commuting. Nice offices. Pay consistent with living expenses in area. No pressure for overtime.

      Cons

      Several "pivots" within the last few years. Long term goal to get bought by someone bigger. Strange (even by Seattle standards) recruiting process managed by contractors. HR run by company lawyer. Favoritism.

      - Disruptive engineers taking on difficult, industry-class problems = big intellectual satisfaction - People really care about what they're doing and work super hard at making a unified vision come to life - Small teams = big personal impact - Transparent, flat management structure

      - Interrupt-driven culture - White males are in the majority

      Pros

      Amazing technology and cool customer base. Original CEO was a lunatic. I left when they tried shutting the company down. New management seems better.

      Cons

      Original CEO was a lunatic. Full of nepotism, hidden agendas, and poor financing. Treated employees with no respect or consideration.
