      Pros

      Truly a great place to work. A small size company with a great culture that was able to accomplish their business goals without losing focus of its employees. Great: work/life balance, competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, colleagues

      Cons

      None that easily come to mind. However, it was a difficult transition having come from an environment driven exclusively by billable hours.

      Pros

      they give you time off due to bad weather, very concerned about safety.

      Cons

      One lady that is more snotty than the family... trust me these people have tons of green, but she isn't family but thinks she is..... highly snobby and hard to deal with
