Cochran offer steady employment and fairly consistent overtime to tradesmen.

Miserable atmosphere around the workshops, division between office staff and trades was very unpleasant, wages aren't brilliant for the work being undertaken. Very little opportunity for advancement from the shop floor.

Company pension, sick pay 🤒

No organisation, dated workshop, relic equipment, 'clickiest' workshop environment I've seen. Medeocre rates of pay. Horrible atmosphere.
