Supportive team and management with great benefits - Customer Service Advisor Cochran Automotive Employee Review

I totally enjoyed working at the Robinson location. The sales management team was awesome and the people were great! I was there for 5 years and wished I could have stayed on, but I have a full time job which is extremely hectic.

I have no cons at this time.

Good benefits and 401 k match

Company will always prioritize profits before employee. Often takes 2-3 months to receive pay for any spiffs for lease buyouts , buyins , old age bonuses if ever get paid on them. They will change pay plan and hours without telling you and years of an employment . Won’t issue last pay check or only will receive a small portion and will often refuse to pay remainder . Will want you to work to death. Use to be very transparent and good company but has only went down hill and seems to be continuing to do so .
