Slow moving, no will to make positive changes. Flat structure. Lack of clear training for new sales people. Managers not empathetic of chronic illness. Certain members of staff misogynistic and crude with humour that is outdated and offensive. Certain members of staff continue with sexually inappropriate 'jokes'. Several staff members having affairs with colleagues, nothing done by company. Staff not treated the same - Favouritism rife.
