      Cons

      Projects and deliverables tend to be slower than other companies due to security concerns and regulations of a medical device regulated company. Career progression is hard when you are not into management.

      Toxic work environment where we are required to work overtime to meet project deadlines but are not compensated fairly. Bonuses are not always paid out even for stellar performance.
