      there’s nothing much to learn. mostly just do the same thing. no thrill and basically there’s no career progression. it’s hard to get a raise too. salary increment also not much and very low bonus

      Toxic work environment where we are required to work overtime to meet project deadlines but are not compensated fairly. Bonuses are not always paid out even for stellar performance.
