Pros
The Leader in beverage industry will provide you with friendly, open and inspirational working environment. Most of the employees are highly motivated, very positive and team oriented. The Top Management is trying to keep very close to each level of the hierarchy, including the bottom lines - with regular monthly meetings. Overall impression as conditions, opportunities for development, attitude, salary, bonus programs, trainings, work-life balance and willing for changes are very good.
Cons
Some Managers (MoO) definitely do not fit for the positions, but the Management is thinking that could improve not only their technical skills, but also their soft skills - in my opinion this is not possible for someone who does not show respect to the others, especially from the lower levels, but not only.
