Pros
Great learning opportunities. Especially during the first 2-4 years you will get extensive training. Management structure is very well defined. Almost unlimited career opportunities, as the company spreads to over 20 european countries (Central and East). Very result driven, you get to set your own work balance, as far as you can get the results.
Cons
Work/life balance is not great, expect to work 10+ hours. Some departments are very pushy. For such a big and structured company things are ofter far from 'normal'. People working there become rather introvert.
