Pros
Wonderful brands, big vision. Excellent on the job learning. Working in Coca-Cola is a superb way to build a great career - particularly in marketing as you work on great brands and the consumer marketing reputation is so strong.
Cons
Hard work as you are striving for market leadership across all brands. Smaller markets were not always resourced enough yet the vision and expectation is the same as in larger markets.
