      - Plenty of benefits for employees (share progamm, additional insurance, public transport ticket, free beverages, special offers for massages, joga, medical checks during working hours in the office etc.) - Management is appreciating work of employees and expressing gratitude

      Cons

      - Big complexity due to huge team
