Many young educated highly skilled professionals to work with, who I guess might drive the company in better direction.
Cons
Top management with no relation to it's employees. Big gap between higher mgt and middle people, Several cases of mobbing and unfair treatment of hard working people with no reason. Little knowledge of real leadership and social skills at work. work life balance non exsisting.
