      You can also come to work in the sneakers :-) and you have a free Coca-Cola at work to drink

      Cons

      Many outsourcing workers who are low paid, do not know the job and make mistakes that are piled up because lower level supervisors do not even know what exactly their employees are doing and how to organise a job
