Great owners, however, they have retired and left the company to be managed by people taking advantage of their trust. Good coworkers.

* Managers often absent from work or working reduced schedules. * Managers do not give direct feedback even when asked. Expect to hear about issues second hand through the office gossip mill. * Blatant nepotism. Incompetent friends and family members given jobs and protected. * Poor communication generally * Generally unprofessional conduct by management: public emotional outbursts, disparaging job applicants, complaining, gossiping about information divulged to them in confidence by job applicants, etc.
