Upper management are a joke - Supervisor Cobra Coffee Employee Review

Pros

In-store teams are usually really nice. Flexible schedule. If you're a barista it's a decently calm job, anything above don't bother.

Cons

Senior management (District manager and upwards) create unrealistic expectations and are generally very unprofessional. I've been told many things said about me by them that were just mean and unnecessary. I've also heard them say stuff about other partners that were also deeply unprofessional. Benefits have been scrapped this year, no free drinks on shift and only supervisors and store managers eligible for a bag of free coffee a month (this was open to everyone originally).

Pros

Not really any. Very easy job though.

Cons

Their full time is 32 hours. Which means being at a minimum wage 40 hour job makes you 4k more a year. But they expect you to work 5 days at cobra. Making it increasingly difficult to hold a second job.
