      Well established E Commerce company which is competing in UAE and Saudi. In the digital marketing area they are innovating and I am learning and achieving a lot. Good post COVID culture following restructure. They encourage ideas and new approaches to drive growth

      Quite long work hours at sometimes of the month

      - Very simple tasks - Friendly staff

      Cons

      - Extremely high turnover (one third of staff left within 2 years) - Family run with lots of drama and gossip - No reduced hours or overtime compensation for non-Muslim staff during Ramadan
