Pros
I have been working in HR for more than a year and I have been really impressed with how much the company has grown and changed even in this time (one of the exciting things about working in a startup). I haven’t been involved in Adtech before so it was a completely new environment for me but everyone made me feel very welcome and was always willing to help. I really like how Cobiro gives you the freedom to work and experiment, it works both ways, of course, they expect you to perform but there will always be people to support you if you need it. The office is great, it has recently doubled in size in the last year, we have a great canteen and coffee machine (Cobiro is not great on the waistline!) and a great Friday bar where we can hang out with your colleagues and have a few beers.
Cons
Apart from Cobiro being no friend to your waistline, the “Cobiro Way” can be a bit chaotic at times, we are a startup so it can take a bit of getting used to at first but people are generally very helpful in getting you caught up.
