Broker is very helpful and is very knowledgeable. Staff is friendly and helpful as well. Training provided. Fees are the lowest anywhere.
Cons
Building your business takes time and there are upfront expenses getting your license and association fees. These fees are the same for all brokers requiring Board of Realtor designation.
