- ZERO Job Security: they have a habit of firing people by giving them a SURPRISE when they arrive at the office in the morning. They fired a lot of people in the past by surprising them, although they were quite smart and hardworking. Seems like Twitter has been inspired by them :). So, it you want a stressful job from where you could be laid off any day, consider applying. - No one is truly happy or satisfied here. Everyone might look happy in the videos and pictures they have uploaded on LinkedIn and Instagram, but deep down, they are terrified. - If you have a family, please DON'T apply here. - If you are a graduate, be it analyst, trader or dev, and want to play with your life and career and experience the worst, you are welcome. - A lot of work and pressure on the analysts, traders and software developers. The work is very unbalanced and disorganised. Everything is a huge mess. Their tools keep breaking all the time ruining the experience for both the traders and the devs. No proper structure was followed while creating those projects which says a lot about the tech management. And the tech team also seems to be very stressed.
