For a fast paced industry like ours which changes in a fraction of seconds, it is usual to feel a lot of pressure and stress and so we make sure that we are hiring and keeping only the most effective people. We have refined our recruitment process and it doesn't take more than 4 weeks to complete all the interview stages and attend our CTP (Cobblestone Training Programme). The CTP which is the last part of our hiring gives you exposure to our business tools. We assess your practical skills and the ability to quickly pick up new concepts.
