      Not really any other than you’ll have a job for now.

      Revolving door, toxic environment, yelling, no one is held accountable, perks after 3months (if any). Takes kickbacks, and is involved in lawsuits.

      As it is as small organization, you have a lot of freedom to provide input on company processes.

      Cons

      Certain times of the year can be very fast-paced, need to be able to work quickly and efficiently to keep up
