Most patrons are really nice.
Cons
Only 1 pay raise in the last 10 years at least. The library system is grossly underfunded. 1 IT person for 17 branches. Must be a techie to survive. Toxic managers and staff members are not dealt with. One manager is so bad two employees needed professional psychiatric care.
