Crappy small clients trying to get blood out of a stone. Lots of weekend and night work-the company gets that money, you don't. Expect to drive. A LOT. The owner is a textbook narcissist. Anyone who tells you over and over again that they're "the most honest person they know" generally isn't-and he's no exception. Luckily there is a person between the average consultant and the owner, but he's still out there. There is no way to move up in the company.
