Product/Service works, and works well. Don't know of any other company that can do what Cobalt is doing today, and they can prove it. Amazing and talented individuals and teams to work with. Start-up mentality is shared and collaboration is very often celebrated.
Cons
Challenging sales cycle that requires multiple lines of business to accept, buy-in, and invest in an automated, robotic, AI driven solution that challenges many status quo institutions, and can introduce potential conflicts of interest within an organization. A true "Champion" (or "Champions") on the customers side is critical to help win the hearts and minds of leadership across the entire landscape of the organization. Bring in more experienced leadership that knows how to better structure a fledgling start-up organization for long-term success.
