Pros

The culture is great. Ownership works with all departments. they really care about their employees and their customers. Sales and marketing work closely together to generate sales lift. Access to Salesforce and HubSpot with TRAINING! The team is so strong and so knowledgable. I always feel motivated and am growing individually as well as with the company.

- Excellent culture. From senior leadership down, every member of this company focuses on the overall customer experience first and foremost. The attention to detail, integrity, and excellence is paramount. - True team environment. Everyone is ready to roll up his or her sleeves at any time to ensure every task is completed successfully and that every customer is pleased. - Senior leadership takes great care of staff. Happy employees reflect that to the customers they serve and it shows. - Judging by the amount of return business and customer referrals, customers are very happy with CSS's service. products, and quality. - No project too hard or complicated for the team of subject-matter experts. - CSS can deliver buildings in record time when the competition takes much longer. - Constant training across all product lines and skillset. - National and International Distribution.

Cons

Learning every aspect of this business takes time at first. However, leadership does a great job facilitating constant training sessions and sharing best-practice knowledge to help shorten the learning curve and ensure everyone becomes a subject matter expert in his or her role.
