Open door policy, excellent job stability, for the most part superior management, the owner is the definition of excellence, pay rate is competitive, most members of management are willing to work with you on any personal and/or professional issues that might affect your work, it's an all-adult work environment, you can work 40+ hours a week without ever wondering if your hours are getting cut this week or next, these are just a few the list goes on.

Certain members of management constantly pick apart your hard work, and plays the favorites game, besides that I cant recall any cons.
