Pros
If you know what you are doing, there is great upside. You can make a lot of money… apparently. The team was all real nice to me and tried to help as much as they could
Cons
I’ve never been spoken to so disrespectfully as the GM spoke to me. He is a liability to the station and their clients. He comes in at 6am, tells everyone he’s there before them, and then he leaves at noon instead of training new hires or supporting his team. There is zero help, training, or support. They talk a big game but you have to go in and learn the job for yourself, it will not be taught to you, there is no sales support, there is no creative support, the building is falling apart, the production quality of the stations stinks.
