      Pros

      Working with Cadets is a rewarding experience of mentorship.

      Cons

      High premium placed on control and dominance as organizational values. Very little interest in "excellence" when compared to the warm blanked of failure avoidance. Abnormally high rate of officers who fail to promote on account of their tour at the Academy. Low opportunities for responsibility, supervision, or career success.

      You get to know your classmates well

      Cons

      It is a horrible place where the best and brightest get treated like 5 year old children for 4 years. Huge wasted opportunity to mentor and grow.
