      Coalmarch has an incredible company culture with a team that truly cares about you! They've implemented a great training program that caters to different learning types and helps you succeed. Coalmarch also has a great structure and opportunities for growth and they encourage growth by emphasizing promoting from within. They are transparent with their people and their clients.

      Cons

      Only possible "con" would be that they offer agency salaries that are typically lower but they make up for it with an incredible work environment and amazing team!

      The company is growing substantially, so there are often adjustments and changes being made. However, if you are adaptive and flexible, it keeps things interesting and fun.

      Incompetence leaderships that should be no where near the department they are "leading", trickling down their incompetence into their downline, and making that the culture of the company, if you voice out, you're the issue. Lay low and take a paycheck
