Presents itself as an established government entity, runs like a start-up. Expect ineffective & frequent reorganisations that bring no real change, lack of prioritisation and timely decision making from execs, constant shifting objectives and projects, tick-box employee initiatives, favoritism and inconsistent HR operations and decisions. Staff advice and expertise is often ignored with consultants brought in instead of trusting staff experience and their knowledge of the business. Lack of transparency and grueling company updates with no real susbtance to take the attention away from adressing actual challenges and issues. Would avoid.
